Castings
We
have
diversified into the casting weight of per piece from 0.5 kg to 110,000
kg in low/high carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, duplex and
super duplex (ASTM A 216 WCB/WCC, EN 10213, ASTM A 352 LCB/LCC, ASTM A
351 CF8M/CF3M, ASTM A 487, UNS J 93404/UNS J 93380 etc). The grade of
ductile iron castings are DIN GGG 40-18-LT (impact at - 200C to - 400C )
and
GGG 60 etc.
Forgings
We have 3000tons, 5000tons, 8000tons and 16000tons Forging
Press, Machinery Forging Press, Screw
Press and Forging Hammers, can able forged per piece weight from
0.5kg to 95,000kg for
each balls, shafts, rings/rolling mill/disc/bar, valves body, gear
housing or special shape in low/high carbon steel (be according to ASTM,
AISI/DIN/BS standard), stainless steel, nickel alloys, duplex and super
duplex (ASTM 17-4 ph, F44, F51/F53, F91, A890 etc).
Fabricated & Welding
We have
experience welding for Stainless Steel, Cold & hot rolled steel for a
broad range of markets for large fabricated products (to arrive 120tons
each one), we can also make powder-coating per customer’s requirement.
CNC Machining & Assemble
We also have precision lathes, large CNC machining centres (facing and
centring machines), turning centres, grinding machines, milling
machines, boring machines, planing machines. Our machining capability of
out or inside diameter are from
Φ 0.1 mm to
Φ 12,000 mm and the maximum length are 14,000 mm for the shaft.
To bore the deep hole be arrive 12,000 mm.
Heat Treatment
We have the experience of
heat treatment (Normalize, Quencher + Tempered), the
max. length of shaft
arrive 12m

for the ring.
