Carbon steel, Alloy steel & Stainless steel
We have facilities of 1.5 ton – 120 ton electric arc furnace, 0.5 kg–50,000 kg medium frequency induction furnace, have resin sand and sodium silicate sand production lines with hand molding and mechanical molding process. We have capacity of producing different kinds of steel casting parts more than 110,000 tons each year and are capable of producing more than 200,000 tons of precision steel castings with zircon, water glass & compound lost wax process. We can also meet customer requirement producing with process of lost foam, shell casting line etc. With regards to materials specification, we follow to ASTM/AISI; UK standard BS; German standard DIN etc. Maximum casting weight 120 tons and the minimum casting weight 0.5kg.
The main steel grade includes: high manganese steel, super high manganese, high chromium cast iron, WCB, LCB, WC6, WC9, CA15, each Alloy steel, Stainless 300/400 series.

Grey Iron, Malleable Iron & Ductile Iron
We produce the high strength Grey Iron, Malleable Iron and Ductile Iron. We have capacity of 30,000 tons annually. The main steel grade includes: Grey Iron GG-10 to GG-35, Ductile Iron GGG-40-18-LT (Impact at - 20⁰C to - 40⁰C) to GGG- 60.
