Castings
We produce Grey iron, Malleable Iron, Ductile Iron (impact at - 20⁰C to - 40⁰C ), Steel Castings with process of Sand Casting (Green & Resin sand), Investment Casting (Lost Wax & Lost Foam), Vacuum Molding, Die Casting & Permanent Molding etc. The casting per piece weight from 0.5kg to 75000kg to each grade Low and High Carbon steel, High Manganese and Stainless Steel, Grey Iron, Malleable Iron and Ductile Iron etc. Include the Non-Ferrous, all type of Gun metal / Brass / Aluminum Castings machined or un-machined condition.

Forgings
We have 3000tons, 5000tons, 8000tons and 16000tons Forging Press, Machinery Forging Press, Screw Press and Forging Hammers, can able forged per piece weight from 0.5kg to 55000kg Carbon steel and Alloy steel (ASTM A182, AISI4130/4140/4340/8630 etc), Stainless Steel (316/316L), Nickel Alloys, Duplex and Super Duplex (ASTM A890 etc) for the ring or roller, disc/bar/raw, hubs, shaft and special shape in each grade.

Fabricated & Welding
We have experience welding for Stainless Steel, Cold & hot rolled steel for a broad range of markets for large fabricated products (to arrive 120tons each one), we can also make powder-coating per customer’s requirement.

CNC Machining & Assemble
We have experience machining and assemble at a wide range of each metal & Non-Ferrous, standard be ASTM/AISI/DIN/BS etc. We can produce parts to your specifications too. The long of part is from 50mm to 12m, diameter is from 10mm to 8m, the per piece weight from 0.1kg to 65000kg.

Heat Treatment
We have experience heat treatment for 55 tons by Normalize, Quencher + Tempered, the length of shaft 10m, the diameter of ring 6m.
